This policy is for digital goods bought from https://googlereviewsstore.com (also known as “we,” “us,” or “the Website”). Our main goal is to give you the best digital assets we can. We don’t accept “Returns” after a product has been delivered or accessed because we sell software, accounts, and other digital goods. But you might be able to get a refund if certain conditions are met.

    Our products don’t have a “Return” policy because you are buying digital goods that can’t be returned or resold. All sales of digital products that have been delivered are final, unless a valid refund is clearly stated in the following conditions.

    You might be able to get a full or partial refund on your purchase if: A. Full Refund—Eligible:
    Delivery Failure: If we don’t deliver the digital product you bought within a reasonable amount of time (usually 24 to 48 hours) after your order has been processed and confirmed.
    Major Defect (DOA – Dead on Arrival): If the product arrives broken and unusable, and we don’t send a working replacement or fix the problem within a reasonable amount of time (usually 48 hours), we will not be able to help you.

    Not Supplying the Product: If you pay for something and the order status stays “pending,” and the product isn’t delivered within the time frame you agreed to.
    B. Partial Refund—You Can Get It
    Partial Malfunction: If you buy a lot of things (like 10 accounts) and only some of them (like 2–3 accounts) are broken or don’t work, and we can’t send you new ones to replace the broken ones. In this case, a partial refund may only be given for the value of the units that didn’t work.
    C. Not Eligible for Refund: A refund will NOT be given in the following situations: Change of Mind: If you just decide not to buy it after you buy it.
    User Error: If the product doesn’t work because the user didn’t follow our instructions, used it wrong, or didn’t use it correctly.
    Changes made by third parties: If a third-party platform (like Google, Facebook, or a software vendor) changes a policy or algorithm that affects how the product works after it has been delivered. We can’t control these kinds of changes.
    Accessed Product: You can’t return the product after you’ve downloaded, accessed, or used it unless it has a major defect (as defined above).
    Expired Warranty: If a defect is reported after the warranty or guarantee period (if one was given) has ended.
  3. How to Apply for a Refund
    To get your money back, you need to do the following: You have 48 hours after receiving the product to get in touch with us. We will not look at applications that are sent in after this date.

    Review: Our support team will look over your application and the proof you sent. Usually, this takes one to three business days.

    If your refund is approved, Your refund will be handled in 7 to 14 business days.
    The money will usually go back to the same payment method that was used to buy it. Depending on your bank or payment gateway, it may take different amounts of time for the money to show up in your account.
